Circular economy

The project explores Circular Economy practices in food globally, with the aim of collecting and selecting successful cases. The research phase culminates in the production of a Good Practice Collection and a Best Practice Handbook dedicated to the circular economy. This theme is also central to the training, as the third intensive training event to be held in Cyprus will focus on the circular economy, hospitality, and certification. Furthermore, the educator toolkit includes multimedia presentations specifically analyzing the circular economy and its impacts.
